This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the TechLab X website, and how we handle it. The short version: this site works without you handing over personal information.
Who we are
TechLab X is an AI lab and product company incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) in Nigeria, based in Benin City, Nigeria. This policy covers the TechLab X website. If you have any question about it, email privacy@techlabx.org.
What we collect on this site
The site has no user accounts, no sign-up forms and no advertising, and we do not set tracking cookies.
Like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure records standard technical logs — such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps — which are used to keep the site secure and running. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.
If you email us
Contacting us by email is entirely voluntary. We use your address and anything you send us only to respond, and we keep correspondence only as long as it is useful for that purpose. We never sell or share it.
Our products have their own policies
Xryde and AgriSense AI collect data this website does not — accounts, trip and location data for rides, or farm imagery for crop analysis. That data is governed by each product's own privacy policy, not by this document. Xryde's policies are published here:
Links to other sites
The site links to external destinations such as Google Play, X (Twitter) and our product apps. Once you leave techlabx.org, the privacy practices of those services apply.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
